Ephors of Celpalar

Celpalar has long been a great nation of trade and influence. Before the southern straight was taken from our hands our two nations traded in harmony and enjoyed a good mutually beneficial partnership in our dealings. These times are not yet forgotten. In recent more recent times Rhudyn has regained all of her original land and a bit more. This has been a wonderful blessing to us and we thank all of the Gods that are worshipped in this kingdom. With the newly acquired frontiers our population has increased more than two fold and our resources have become seemingly limitless. The potential for Rhudyn’s future is not even yet understood by the western nations of Mid Sea? . On this day may I address your recent visit to the lands of Rhudyn. Word has reached me that a vessel bearing goods touched onto our soil. Word also reached me that this vessel were not received well and shortly thereafter departed. Sincerest apologies must first be expressed. A bloody war has just ended in these lands against the treacherous Ice Demons. At the end of this war my entire nation has been comparable to that of a colony of ants. Ever busy and without an end to work all peoples, branches of government, and soldiers have been constantly engaged in work. I am sure that this is understood by you. In reaction to the sad and brief visit to these lands I extend an invitation. Any representative from your lands would be a welcomed guest to come and overlook Rhudyn’s majestic sights. They will be housed in Castle Rhudyn itself and will be my personal guest. During this time all trade negotiations which are probable between these two lands can be discussed and our relations may be set in the books for a continually beneficial trade agreement. Anything else desired can also be disclosed during this visit for might I assure you Rhudyn seeks friends in this time of rebirth.

May the sun continually shine on your lands King Ronara Rhudyn
