Coeur De Loup

A region on the "western" edge of human space, the Coeur is "south" of the Warg Extents, and is now more frequently referred to as the Occupied Territory. The Warg occupation of the Coeur has cut off a substantial region of frontier territory from the rest of human space.

Refugees from the Coeur are often disparagingly called "curs," and are often considered second-class citizens in the Pearl/Claw, where their support for human resistance within the Coeur is regarded as unnecessary aggravation of the Warg neighbors. The slightly more distant Four Points region has been somewhat more welcoming to ex-patriates.
